Prepare for the Zombie Apocalypse or Terrorist Attacks with a Two-Story, 100 Store Mall from Fabled Environments
The twinkle of holiday music filled the air as Jacob strode along the wide promenade of the mall. Shoppers crammed stores and walkways hoping to get some great deals and finish their Christmas shopping early. Kids walked along eating tasty treats that their parents bought them. Heavy laden shoppers toting colorful bags strode along staring at spectacular storefront windows. Jacob just smiled and shook his head as he saw two women in a toy store engaged in a heated discussion while holding what appeared to be a large yellow and red doll of some sort.
It was then that the floor began to shake. A split second later, Jacob heard a deafening boom and then another. A gray dust cloud raced from the corridor to his left like a freight train. Without thinking, Jacob drew both ASP pistols from underneath his jacket and charged towards the explosion.
Where do you go from here? To the map of course!
This kickstarter is for a .PDF of a map of a 100 store, two-story mall that is over 750,000 square feet. The map will have three anchor stores, multiple shops of various sizes and a small, five vendor food court. One of the anchor stores will be detailed while the remaining two have been left to the GM to customize using a sheet of fixture icons, which can be printed and placed in a blank anchor store or shop to create a custom space.
Since many mall stores are designed in a similar fashion, four different store floor plans will be provided in order to flesh out the mall where needed. The entire map of the mall will be provided in 1"=5' scale and stretch goals will expand and flesh out the mall to help create a bigger and better map for players and GMs alike.
In addition, this map will have all of the features that you have come to know and love from Fabled Environments:
All of our floorplans are rendered in black and white and are created by an architectural drafter using AutoCAD. This gives all of the maps the realistic feel that your players crave.

With the exception of the name of the mall itself, we will place the name of the structure you choose to support through your pledge inside the appropriate space on the map. For example, if you name one of the food court vendors, the name of that establishment will be placed in that space in a location that would not interfere with game play yet still be visible. If you choose to name the mall, then that will become the name of the project and will appear on the cover of the map as well as on the bottom of the map just like our previous projects.

1) If we don't make our funding for the project, the map will not be made. This is a huge project that is only possible through a Kickstarter.
2) The map will eventually be available online if the project is funded, but it will be at a higher price point then the $10 pledge and release to the general public will be delayed for 1-2 months after the map has been released to backers.
