The bi-coastal dance duo will reunite for the premier of an interpretive dance performed to Missy Elliott's 2002 Smash Hit 'Work It'
Help make dreams a reality, and fund a reunion of epic proportions, for the enjoyment of all (those in attendance at the annual Sweet 16 event in San Francisco, held this year on May 18 at Place Pigalle)!! In keeping with the event's theme, Princess Sparkles and the Prom Queen are starting preparations for the inaugural performance of an interpretive dance inspired by Missy Elliott's 2002 smash hit "Work It."
This never before seen choreography is the culmination of years of aggressive, balls-to-the-walls, unabashed, post-modern skanking, freestyle hip hop engendered dance moves. Thanks to the magic of modern technology, the Princess (now based in Brooklyn) and the Prom Queen (based in SF) are close to refining new movements and visual exclamations, but need your help in bringing them to the same geographic location for the live performance & public premier.
These dancers have been attracting a niche, but dedicated following over the years, beginning with their dance sparring in Dolores Park in 2009. The duo is primed for the performance of their lives, and ready to feed the flames of public notoriety sparked by the Prom Queen's seminal turn as Mrs. Treasure Island (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XP_03wSzBQU), as well as pop-up compulsory performances on DJ stages across America.
