I haven't even received a t-shirt from this. I met Daniel at Paulfest in August. He seemed like such a nice guy, but not even responding to comments for months is unacceptable. I understand making a game is very hard and time consuming, but there is no communication between he and his backers. I want my money back!

The game should run in any modern web browser. I haven't budgeted time for ios or android in the scope of this project yet, but I have high hopes that it will run well natively on ios and android devices. I'll be working on optimizing the game for mobile versions after this, the browser version, is online.

Considering the meager budget you have to work with and the time frame you have to work within it is not unusual for a developer to use pre-packaged game engines. Stand in art of any sort would be appropriate for testing. And the game dynamics / story line would have to be unique.
Don’t listen to their banter, law suits can’t be filed against a work in progress; just make sure that the final product is legit. Finally I didn’t put my money down without knowing what the risks would be and I don’t expect you to produce a Big Box Studio Quality game for 11K; so just keep trucking.
If you’re learning along the way that’s fine by me; I hope you have fun along the way as well.

Regarding the shirts, posters, and prints, I will be sending a survey to all backers in the next couple of weeks to get sizes and mailing addresses. After the survey results are all clear, I will be printing and fulfilling the pledge rewards. You can expect to receive your posters and shirts in late June or early July

How do you respond to alegations that all the artwork and gameplay mechanics are straight up copied from SNES video games? What has happened to the screenshots of the actual game on the kickstarter page? Nintendo is very protective of their intellectual property. Are you prepared to defend your so called "original artwork" in a court of law? As backers, we are at risk of all this money disappearing into legal fees and law suit settlements.
