About this project
August 2010, Dash Rip Rock will be releasing their 15th LP on Jello Biafra's record label, Alternative Tentacles (www.alternativetentacles.com). This project will help fund the recording, engineering, mastering and artwork for the new CD. We are giving DRR fans the chance to enter the studio and watch the band record. We are also offering CDs, t-shirts and live show tickets. We are even booking acoustic Dash performances in the comfort of your home (or your chosen location). The grand prize from the "Call of the Wild" effort will be our "Locked Inside a Liquor Store" contest. One lucky fan and a guest will be chosen by drawing to spend an evening locked inside a New Orleans liquor store with the band. Dinner and a live performance will be included. All Kickstarter participants will be automatically entered in the drawing. Thank you for supporting the legendary Dash Rip Rock. We hope to see you soon at a show, your house or in a liquor store.
