Frozen deliciousness on two wheels: The ultimate in handmade frozen cake sandwiches sold from our cargobike traveling around Atlanta.

Most folks know us from our cakes...As the scratch-natural bakers of Cake Hag my mother and I have been offering all-natural, award winning cakes and other unique treats since 2009. We are the home of cakes like Red Wine Velvet, Carolina Carrot and Spiced Mango Coconut as well as our special consideration cakes like our Chocolate Cherry Vegan cake, gluten-free and low carb/sugar-free offerings. Due to the success these cakes have garnered, we've been working to launch The SweetrideATL, a lean and green cargobike that will travel the streets of Atlanta offering our individually wrapped cake and ice cream "'Wiches."

What better way to beat the Atlanta heat than enjoying one of our cake or cookie 'Wiches that come directly to you on an environmentally friendly cargobike? These 'Wiches come in two delicious varieties- a Cakewich and a Cookwich which as you can imagine is either two pieces of cake or cookie with a frozen gelato cream filling.

SweetrideATL will be able to roll throughout popular Atlanta neighborhoods like Grant and Inman Park, Virginia Highlands, Midtown, Downtown, Atlantic Station and many many more. Even better, since we'll be doing our business on bicycles we'll move to our customers faster (Atlanta traffic can't stop us!) without harming our environment. Customers can request a Cookwich or Cakewich delivery via our twitter (@SweetrideATL) or just by being outside in the neighborhood and seeing us ride by. (Wiches' will also be available for order and pick up in Grant Park)

In order to successfully launch SweetrideATL we need to add freezing and packaging equipment,  light and flexible Cargobikes where our cooler can mount on the front as well as the hightech cooler that goes on the bike itself.

Our initial launchwill include these wiches-

*Red Wine Velvet- Red Wine Velvet Cake filled with cabernet-laced vanilla bean gelato

*Dark Chocolate Fudge Smore's - filled w marshmallow, crumb pie crust, dark chocolate ganache and rich chocolate gelato

*Banana Blackberry -fresh Banana Rum cake filled w macerated fresh blackberries and blackberrygelato

*Limoncello - Soft Lemon Sugar Cookies filled w fresh spiked meyer lemon curd and lemon cream gelato

* Buttery Coconut Limeberry Zinger - filled w fresh raspberry gelato and tart limecream

*White Chocolate Strawberry - filled w champagne-kissed strawberries and strawberry gelato

*Gluten-Free Carrot -filled w carmelized pineapple and citrus cream cheese gelato

*Chocolate Chip Cookie- layered w dark chocolate gelato, dark chocolate ganache and molasses mousse w chocolate chip cookie dough. Screaming delicious all the way!
