Good Morning everyone!!!
I am writing to tell you that Hot Bike WORKS! Last Tuesday we swiveled the stove into action. We strapped the propane tank to the bike and plugged it in. THEN I COOKED 10 GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES! And people liked them:)

The stove swivels thanks to the Rock the Bike team! They are installing a custom Lunar Landing system and a bike powered blender, and it should all be set by May 12th for the Public Bikes Valencia Store Grand Opening
Apothocurious Update:My month (and future) is full of clients and events! I have been a private self for an individual client since september, and now I cook lunch for an office downtown twice a week and I am starting to nanny with a family and cooking them dinner 3 afternoons a week. With all of the press folks have been asking me to do special gift deliveries and it was has been SO MUCH FUN! AND we have tons of events in June, including the Hot Bike Launch Party-Bike to Bike! Bicycle Music Festival, and a few private gigs!
I am meeting with my business advisor in a few hours, I am receiving awesome support in the stages of business development and legitimacy!
Carlen: My intern is almost done with school for the year so that means Carlen's time with Apothocurious is wrapping up. I will take this opportunity to embarrass the crap out of her and say a HUGE THANK YOU! to her for all of the work she has done with Apothocurious this semester. She did great stuff on the website, with our social media presence, this kick-starter campaign, and so much more! Thank you Carlen, best of luck with your next steps!
