Stacie Perlman, First Runner Up in the 2011 MetroStar competition, makes her eagerly-awaited cabaret debut in The Story Underneath, taking you on a journey through the world of fairy tales. Magic mirrors, evil witches, and other surprises wait around every bend… behind every tree… and things are not always what they seem. Come along on the adventure!
The Story Underneath will be filled with wonderful music, surprises, and, like any good fairy tale: MAGIC!
But I need your support to make it happen! Be my Fairy Godmother! Help me bring my fairy tale to life!

If you're not aware, cabaret is fully self-produced, and performers are lucky if they break even. Your contribution will help me pay for things like musical costs, advertising costs, and technical fees.
Here's how Kickstarter works: If the fundraising goal is not met in the 30 days allotted, your credit card is not charged. Ergo, if the goal is not met, I don't get anything. (sad trombone) Do you want to hear the sad trombone again? I didn't think so! On the flip side, if you can be generous, and I go OVER goal, I will use the extra funds to add some extra great stuff to my show, like more musicians! Better costumes! More props!
