I just wanted to share this phenomenal short film by David Shawl. He shot all of the film on playa through the various stages of construction, completion and immolation of National Treasure. This video perfectly depicts our Burning Man experience. Enjoy!

We did it! A huge thank you for all your support, because of you National Treasure is coming to Black Rock City! We have received donations from our local community, from across the country and the world. We are invigorated by the support and excitement you have shown for our project.
Although most of the hard work will begin when we arrive on the playa, we are busy with pre-build preparations. The custom made fire proofer that will shoot flames from the top of our structure is currently under construction. The lights, fabric skin and other materials have been ordered. We have also etched our designs into the panels. More details to come!
National Treasure will be located 600 feet from the man at 3:15.

Additions to Kickbacks:
We are adding items to our higher level kickbacks! Unfortunately Kickstarter will not let us modify a description of a reward once it has been backed, but we are adding items to donations of 150 and up. Every backer who donates 150 or more will get a 11x14 print of a photo of National Treasure. For every donation of 500 dollars or more, we will include a DVD of the construction and immolation of our project.
Event:
The premier club and music venue, U Street Music Hall, is donating the proceeds from a concert to National Treasure! The event is on Friday, August 10th and features local masters of electro-funk, The All Good Funk Alliance. Come out, get funky and show your support!
