Got my bottles but I must admit I am rather disappointed. They aren't labeled and there was nothing in the package to indicate what was what. Also, I realize there was an issue with the original bottles but these ones look pretty lame. I loved the idea and had hoped to give them as a gift to a friend but without labels such as what it is and what the ingredients are (I thought that was required by law) I can't do much with them. (I can't handle spicy things.)

Bottles arrived today. The jalapeno, habanero, and chipotle are amazing. All are very flavorful. The habanero has the perfect kick to it. I like hot its chunky and not just full of heat. There's a lot of flavor in each bottle. Job well done. Get a website so we can order more! -Drew Kuchera

My bottles arrived today, all in good condition. I tried them with a bean salad and they were tasty. My favorite is the habenero, which has just enough kick without going overboard. Steve, good luck on your future ventures!

I received my three bottles a few days ago. The bad news: Unfortunately one of them was broken, but the other two seem intact. I'm not sure when it happened during the shipping process. The good news: Whichever one it was smelled delicious, I'm sure the other two will be good. :) Don't worry about shipping a replacement, I have enough hot sauce for now. I look forward to ordering more soon. :)

I have been questioning this project for the past two months. The one thing that the majority of the Kickstarters were missing was not the hot sauce. It was the lack of information from you. We all wanted the hot sauce but when it didn't show up; it really was not a big deal. Your update from tonight goes a long way in answering the questions that many have had. I want to wish you the best and hope that fulfillment of the orders goes well for you. Good Luck. An weekly update will probably work, even if things have not changed.

Now for you Stephen Deornellas. I am working and have a position with a major company. A family too. I manage my time well so I can make time for everything. You say I am heckling. I am not the bad guy. I did not take your money and not deliver. Your questioning of me says much about your mental process.

I also received my bottle of sauce several weeks ago but the bottle exploded and I ended up throwing out the entire bottle. There are so many other companies on Kickstarter that many of us wasted our time and money on this guy. Speaking of money, do you think that could be the reason he is not shipping???

Feel bad for everyone who did not receive anything. I never received my "Flavor injector" but did receive the sauces fermenting and exploding on me on opening. I enjoyed the 1 but threw the others out. They tasted "burnt". I ended up backing a MUCH more reputable and local proven company called Torchbearer Sauces and they ROCK! Ryan, I cannot believe that you are still waiting and hoping. Don't hold your breath waiting. He got his money in September (over $13,000) and he still fails to respond to everyone's requests for information. This is only hot sauce. How long does it take to make hot sauce? And this guy wants to sell to a commercial market?

I am sitting back and watching the comments. I probably am going to get blasted because of my remarks but I can take it. I cannot believe it. John Penny, "your are patiently waiting for Steve to send you the hot sauce." Do you realize that he received over $13,000 from this project in September. That was 6 months ago. Sure, he got a large response from this offer, but really, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE HOT SAUCE? But you can wait patiently for the sauce to arrive.

The worse thing is that this guy does not respond to requests for information. Is his computer broken? Can he not send out an update? He took your money and now does not respond to questions.

Personally, I wonder if any of the money is still left. Maybe that is why he has not been shipping product.

Now turn it around and blame me for being rude and impatient.

I've read every comment on here and like several others, I've done everything I was suppose to do and yet I have not gotten my sauce yet. I understand that poor, Steve has taken on a bit more then he bargained for but a word of advice for next time around: care a little more about the people who've funded you. Instead of just letting us wallow in lack of feedback, at least notify people you are struggling. I wouldn't have been upset if I would have gotten more then a few updates, the last of which was months ago. It's not the responsibility of the customer to have to "nag" for updates, when it's 5 months after the promised delivery date. If you continue with this business, Steve, I hope you improve your communication skills, espeically with your customers.

Any news on when the Canadian deliveries are going to start? Or can I please just get an update on where I stand pertaining to delivery I appreciate some of the problems you have had and the large amount of people involved but I would like to at lease get an update thanks.
