Dear Kickstarter contributers-

First of all thanks once again for your generous contributions. I realize what a sacrifice it is to make in these extremely troubled economic times- that's not hyperbole.

Secondly, I apologize for not giving you all an update on our progress sooner. Life moves on whether you're recording an album or not, and if any of you (I know some of you were) were thinking "what is being done with my investment??" the answer is this: The album is still being recorded, and we are also in the process of label shopping. We expect to be done with recording within a few months and hope to have the album out by the spring, just in time for our trip to the Primavera festival in Spain and a short U.K. tour. Although I wasn't necessarily expecting to be done recording by now, I should have kept you all in the loop, and again, I do apologize.

If you were a contributor on the custom song level, you'll be getting one in the next few weeks, most likely.

Anyway, thanks again for your support, I'm very happy and very lucky to have such wonderful friends and fans and I hope you haven't taken the lag in an update as indiction otherwise. Soon..
