The Creepercast is totally devoted to horror film and the horror genre in general. It began in 2010 as a way for its creators, a couple of film students from Michigan (Jeff and Jason), to continue their debate over the state of the horror genre. From Jason insulting Jeff, to arguments over originals vs remakes vs re-imaginings, our primary goals are always to entertain, educate, and sometimes just be plain silly.
Besides "The Creepercast Podcast," we also deliver "The Creepercast Presents The Walking Dead Week In Review Fancast," and the Creepercast website. All of this requires support from you to keep the Creepercast growing and self sustaining!
Every week our listeners and website visitors increase and with your support we can continue to provide quality entertainment, update our technology, create merchandise and give-a-ways. We want to provide more live remotes from conventions such as Crytpticon Seattle, where Jason recorded interviews with many horror entertainment professionals in 2011. Your support will also allow us to provide a multitude of interviews like those we did in 2011. One of which included a conversation with Writer/Producer Ryan Levin and Director Jack Perez of the critically acclaimed art-house film 'Some Guy Who Kills People.'

Every penny of your pledge will go towards making the Creepercast and The Walking Dead Week in Review Fancast bigger and better! We always try to choose the most interesting and sometimes hard to find films to discuss on the show, as well as, going to see first run releases to review on the website in a timely manner. We also love to attend conventions like Crypticon Seattle and Albuquerque Comic Con where we got interviews and panel discussions like “Zombie or Not” and The Walking Dead's Sophia and the vatos. Your pledge will allow us to continue all of this and more! Like visiting the Night of the Living Dead Evan's City Cemetery in Pennsylvania and so much more!
Also, sadly, we will eventually need to upgrade and/or replace equipment as the wear and tear we put on it will eventually start to show. Your pledge will make it possible for us to replace and upgrade as we need without the show suffering any ill affects!
Finally, putting this show together is unfortunately not free. It costs us nearly $2000 a year just in server fees etc. to keep producing the show every week. That is not to say we wouldn't do it anyway, but it would be easier to spread the Creep if we could branch out and get an IMDB Pro account to get more interviews like we did with Ryan Levin and Jack Perez of Some Guy Who Kills People etc.
The future of the show looks bright and we have lots of plans for the coming year! Interviews, attending conventions, and Creepercast Merchandise!
