The Story
Have you ever failed at something important to you? How many obstacles have stood in your way and how many doors have closed on you? Author, inventor and entrepreneur Lindsey Rietzsch understands this topic all too well. She has had some extraordinary experiences in the past few years and opportunities that many people dream about. She has also seen those opportunities disappear as quickly as they came. After several dream come true opportunities presented themselves, raised her hopes and then disappeared, Lindsey began to wonder where these closed doors would lead.
One day that answer came. Lindsey knew why she had had these experiences and the lesson was profound. So excited about the message she had to share she knew if she could go back in time, she wouldn't change a thing.
About the Book
Failure often discourages us from achieving our dreams. In reality, failure is also what can help us be successful and find happiness. Successful Failures will inspire you to seek after your dreams and change how you define success. It's a message about not giving up and finding success amongst failure. Successful Failures sheds light on the Divine hand that assists in the outcomes of our dreams and goals. It will change your life!
About the Author
Lindsey Rietzsch is the author of How to Date Your Spouse. She has worked hard at promoting happy marriages nationwide and has shared her message on radio and TV. She is also a blogger, motivational speaker as well as inventor and owner of Hydroheel - a pedicure treatment that instantly heals dry, cracked feet.
The Dilemma
Lindsey has always self-funded her projects and gives much of her proceeds to helping other people. Because she is a full time mom, she is not able to put the time needed into raising funds needed to publish and promote this book.
How You Can Help
$3,000 is needed to print, publish and distribute the book by April-May. Anything extra will be greatly appreciated and used to help promote the message and book. For those of you who have ever published a book, you know that it is seldom profitable unless it becomes a New York Times Best Seller. All money to promote comes out of your own pocket. With all that Lindsey has put into her other projects, and being a stay at home mom, there is little money available to launch this project which she feels is most important and top priority.

Lindsey K Rietzsch (pronounced "reach") was born and raised in Sandy, Utah. With a passion for learning and a great desire to achieve her goals, Lindsey received a Bachelor of Integrated Studies degree from Weber State University in 2003. Her degree emphases are in Communication, Family Studies and Social Work.
As a former employment counselor for the state of Utah, Lindsey has worked as a certified instructor for the Department of Workforce Services, teaching assertive communication and job retention skills. Lindsey has also designed curriculum for and instructed self management and relationship courses. Her “How to Date Your Spouse” class was the inspiration behind How to Date Your Spouse the book. Lindsey is also a motivational speaker on the topic of relationships and self-improvement.Her motto as explained in her work - "Changing the world one marriage at a time"
In the late summer of 1999 Lindsey met her husband Manuel who was also studying at Weber State University. They were happily married on December 1st 2000 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Manuel who is a German citizen is also a former semi-professional soccer player from Hof, Germany. They have three beautiful children Gabe, Paisley and Cambrey.
Lindsey is the inventor and owner of Hydroheel - a pedicure treatment that instantly heals, dry, cracked feet. She uses proceeds to help others in her community in need.
In addition to her projects and causes, Lindsey enjoys being a full time mom. She writes, blogs (a spiritual blog and cooking blog), cooks, creates, and loves to decorate. Lindsey firmly believes the impossible can be possible!
