With your help, I could have the opportunity to travel to Venice, Italy this summer to study Printmaking & Papermaking.
I would like to travel to the Venice Printmaking Studio this summer and study printmaking and papermaking. The Venice Printmaking Studio is a historic facility and working there would give me a chance to use traditional printmaking presses and tools, and learn from other international artists. During my time there I would work on a series of prints and books inspired by the Venetian landscape.
I must raise money to pay the fees associated with attending The Venice Printmaking Residency. The amount I am requesting will cover half the residency fees of 35 euros a day. Any donations above the funding goal will help pay the remaining residency fees, airfare, and materials.
Thank you for taking the time to learn about my project. Please help me spread the word. Not only will you be helping an artist follow one of her dreams, but you will also receive one of my prints and/or artists books!
