Update #3: YouTube's "Obama Girl" to star in THE PECULIARS!
That's right! Internet celebrity Amber Lee Ettinger, who was named "The Hottest Woman on the Internet" by E! in 2008 and better known on YouTube as "Obama Girl," has been cast in "The Peculiars!" She's been tapped to play Felicia Goodwin, the publicist/spokesperson of superhero group.
We are also in talks to secure other YouTube and internet celebrity talent to appear in this film so I will keep you posted in the weeks to come.
Update #2: Final hero announced!!!

Our heroic team has finally been assembled! Kevin Tan is to play "Hotfoot," a speedster who hails from China and runs halfway across the world to help fight crime in the mean streets of Baltimore at a moment's notice!

Just wanted to let everyone know that the third member of this team is Lance Kannon (played by Vick Krishna), a "high-flying" megastar celebrity. With your pledges you could have the chance to see him take to the skies in "The Peculiars."

Cisco originally hails from overseas where he was born in Frankfurt, Germany where spent growing up for most of his childhood. He works for the local government as a news cameraman and television production technician and does freelance videography and photography on the side. He is completely self-taught in the video/film and photography field and has had no formal training whatsoever beyond his five years work experience. He is happily married to his budding career in entertainment production and isn't afraid to admit he's a fan of the original Power Rangers.
At a young age Cisco knew he was destined to dedicate his life to creating entertainment due to his insatiable need to expand on and express his overactive imagination. Well-rounded with skills in writing, directing, editing, producing, and camerawork and photo-retouching he has put them to use in producing a science-fiction/fantasy photographic comic called "The Pure and Hidden Truth." Currently, Cisco is in pre-production as he prepares to make his feature directorial debut with "The Peculiars," an independent superhero film set in and around Baltimore City, that tells the story of a team of newly-gone-public crime fighters as they do battle with a domestic terror gang of powerfully imaginative mimes... Sounds like fun!
