We're here on kickstarter.com to foster along an amazing project made by a group of 20-somethings from central Maryland. Instead of wasting our time on the streets we decided to make a superhero movie!
“The Peculiars” tells the story of a team of newly-gone-public crime fighters from Baltimore City as they do battle against a terrorist group of dangerously imaginative mimes. Yes…the villains are mimes.
This movie is set to film this fall in Baltimore and we’re out to prove to Hollywood that you don’t need an impressive Hollywood budget in order to produce a decent superhero film.
We encourage you to please help us make this film a reality and pledge whatever you can, if not please spread the word about this project and pass it on to someone else. Every pledge made and new set of eyes on this project gets us closer to realizing a great new and original film.

Cisco originally hails from overseas where he was born in Frankfurt, Germany where spent growing up for most of his childhood. He works for the local government as a news cameraman and television production technician and does freelance videography and photography on the side. He is completely self-taught in the video/film and photography field and has had no formal training whatsoever beyond his five years work experience. He is happily married to his budding career in entertainment production and isn't afraid to admit he's a fan of the original Power Rangers.
At a young age Cisco knew he was destined to dedicate his life to creating entertainment due to his insatiable need to expand on and express his overactive imagination. Well-rounded with skills in writing, directing, editing, producing, and camerawork and photo-retouching he has put them to use in producing a science-fiction/fantasy photographic comic called "The Pure and Hidden Truth." Currently, Cisco is in pre-production as he prepares to make his feature directorial debut with "The Peculiars," an independent superhero film set in and around Baltimore City, that tells the story of a team of newly-gone-public crime fighters as they do battle with a domestic terror gang of powerfully imaginative mimes... Sounds like fun!
