About this project

Strombolli's Medicine Show! is poised to mount an all new and improved 4 night installation of magic and wonders! ...... a dedicated constellation of Puppeteers, Circus, Burlesque and Sideshow performers join forces to create this unique and other-worldly medicine show- all conspiring to heal the audience, to cleanse the dust of daily life off our souls, to fight against the din and static of our times – and to redefine death itself!

Heart of the Beast has generously offered us the use of their theatre the last two weekends in January- our crew is hard at work even as you read this: We will feature all new acts with both perennial players and exciting fresh blood.      The incendiary band 'Mother Of Fire' will be the sonic backdrop to an astonishing blend of Bizzare Magic, Offbeat Butoh, Indestructable Clowns, Demented Ventriloquists and much, much more! (not for the weak-hearted) A veritable Ali Baba's cavern of treasures and wonderments . A description would be useless- Must be seen to be believed. Guaranteed to raise gooseflesh and inflame the senses.......

This project keeps growing in scale and popularity. Until now, this improbable extravaganza has been funded out of pocket and by passing the hat . Frankly, we are finding this is simply not sustainable . Achieving our Kickstarter goal will not only allow us to knock your socks off in January- it fertilizes the ground for the future!
