About this project
Making Everything Will Happen Before You Die and On Holiday has changed our lives in so many ways! We were so fortunate to attract so many talented people to work on these films. From film stars like Harry Dean Stanton and John Hawkes, to new talent we discovered and encouraged to give great performances to be remembered. Many of the actors had so much fun on the first film that they jumped at the chance to be in the second. The result is two indie films with great actors, stories and classy cinematic looks.
Both movies are almost completed but need some smoothing out in the post-production sound mixes. This is the part of filmmaking that can outright cost ya! It is paramount that we sort out these issues quickly because Everything Will Happen Before You Die has just been accepted to the Monaco Charity Film Festival in early May. All proceeds from the festival go to helping children of the Philipines, Nepal and Viet Nam. So that means when people buy tickets to our film, money actually goes out to help kids. That's so cool! Now we just have to get over there. If we can have our team there, we can properly promote the film during the festival and then stick around to promote during the Cannes film festival the following week.
If all goes as planned, both films will be looking and sounding great and ready to submit to film fests worldwide. Submitting also costs a bit and our team is putting every cent of our own into finishing these creative ventures. Promoting and marketing the film is the next costly department.
By finishing, marketing and touring the world when festivals will have us, we feel these films will make a difference in a few peoples lives through laughter, love and enlightenment.
