About this project
Do you love goblins? Do you want goblins to succeed (while everyone else wants them to fail)? This thing is for you! We are a six piece goblin metal band living in Los Angeles, CA, going on our first goblin tour of the west coast this summer, having recently completed the recording of our second full length album "STENCH".
We are a completely independent band, currently with no goblin label, goblin management, or goblin booking agencies supporting us. The recording process, merchandise creation, and promotion of the band has cost us a significant amount of goblin money (over $9,000!!!) and we are still missing a key component - a touring vehicle. That said, we have managed all of this without going into debt (WOO!) Anyway, we would prefer a spaceship, but we'll probably have to make do with a used 15-passenger nekrogobli-van. This project is to fund said vehicle and make our goblin lives significantly easier.

We will run album pre-orders through kickstarter for the first month (pretty goblin much goblin ensuring goblin success). If the Kickstarter funding fails, we will run pre-orders through our own system.

Unfortunately, you'll have to pre-order again through our regular pre-order system. It may be more expensive though! The Kickstarter rewards are most likely better deals. Don't worry, we'll send you a message with all the details if this thing doesn't go through.

It'll probably be at a very goblin priced restaurant. By which I mean the taco truck outside my house.
Honestly though, I'm sure we can all work something out that will be fun for you and not financially destructive for us.

Sorry about that, but you'll have to pay either our way to you or your way to us. Otherwise this reward makes no financial sense. As far as rough estimates for us to come to you, here you go:
no travel costs if it's in California
roughly $100 or so if it's West Coast
$500 - $1000 if it's in the Midwest
$2000 or so if it's the east coast
$10,000 for Europe
If you're in Australia, be prepared to spend roughly $12,000 for us to play in your house or have dinner with you in Australia. -
Basically, everything we discuss and create as far as the 3rd album, gets sent to you as well. That means everything from random riffs to full blown MIDI arrangements, to pre-production recordings, demo versions of songs, early lyrics, album art concepts, absolutely everything, waaaaay in advance. It will be almost like you're another member of the band, but you have no creative input, because you're not into goblins enough.

Yes, absolutely. Our first van cost us just $1,500. The problem is, the cheaper the van is, the less reliable it is, and the more expensive it is to maintain. We don't want your donation to be in vain. We are planning to actually spend between $10K - $12K for the van, to try and get one that's only a couple of years old and in great condition, so we can go cross country and not worry about our goblin transmission blowing up in our goblin faces.

Nekrogoblikon is a goblin metal band hailing from the grim metal locale of California, USA. We started as a summer side project of Nicky and Tim, but outgrew our humble beginnings quickly. Our debut album, recorded over Summer and early Fall of 2006 is Goblin Island, a musical hell-storm of goblin proportions. We released it ourselves, January 1st, 2007.
We did the usual band-member musical chairs for a while, but our current lineup is both awesome AND rad. We are currently playing as many local California shows as we possibly can and honing our craft. Nekrogoblikon has shared the stage with August Burns Red, Arsis, Cattle Decapitation, Powerglove, Conducting From the Grave, Valient Thorr, Red Fang, Holy Grail, Cauldron, Gypsyhawk, The Minibosses, MC Frontalot, Light This City, The Swellers, Spires, Burning The Masses, Volumes, Bermuda, A Band of Orcs, Falling to Pieces, Warhead, Godstomper, Casket Blaster, Love Thyne, Immaculate Fatality, Three Mile Island, Verfallen, Desecrate, Mouth Of The Serpent, Screwdrive Suicide, Inquest, and others.
