She fought for her country now she has to fight for her life.

We initally developed CARLA as a short film (21 minutes) in 2009. The trailer is from the short. I was motivated to make Carla to help raise awareness of the problem of sexual assault on women in the military. There are over 230,000 women serving.

This summer we plan to shoot the feature version in Los Angeles. We have a great script, a brillian Director of Photographer, a 1st AD/Production Manager, who has put together our schedule, a day out of day and called in favors for equipment rental. A local Post-Production House has agreed to do all of our post production and editing work. They have agreed to wait until the film is sold before receiving payment.

We have managed to raise over half the budget ($200,000) from several investors. We are so close. That's why we need your help to get us to our goal.

The script is in several actresses' hands, whom we are interested in starring as Carla. Once she has agreed we will gladly let you know who she is.
