We're a punk rock band with a message of free thought and positive social change. We're recording a 4 song ep to spread the word.
Ok, so it's time this band made a record. We've worked hard at writing our songs and it's time to present them to the world. These days a lot of music is only available via the internet and while the internet is a great place we want to give our fans more than just files. We want to give them the satisfaction of holding a record in their hands and dropping the needle on that sucker. In order to do that we have to press the records and print the artwork. To cover the bare minimum costs on those processes we need to raise $2,500. Here's where you come in. By donating to us you will receive one of our super cool rewards packages. Depending on the level of donation you could receive anything from a pre-release (a week before the vinyl release so you'll be way cooler than your non-donating friends) digital version of the Ep to a vinyl test pressing to a Ukele lesson from Kyle to a real acoustic guitar in a Tonight We Strike all-over wrap. On top of the physical rewards associated with donation you will get the satisfaction of having helped a fledgling band make it's debut release a reality. Now, $2,500 is what we need to make this happen but more money makes things a lot easier on us. With more money we will not have to cut any corners on pressing or packaging. We'd like for this record to be an aural and visual stunner and it takes money to do that. Additionally, money collected above our $2,500 goal will help us promote the record and spread the Tonight We Strike message far and wide. We hope that when you look at the rewards packages and the ideas espoused by Tonight We Strike you'll feel like we are all working towards a common goal: a world infused with progressive thought, life-affirming music and human connection.
