I wanted to thank you all again for your help and patients
with the HELLAS books. I really appreciate all
the support you have given me. You guys are like magicians that used positive energy
to make an idea into reality. Thank you
All the books have been shipped for a few weeks now so everything
is in route now. If you live over seas don’t
worry, the books are on their way. It may take a little longer with the
holidays and all.
If the books haven’t arrived by the New Year please get in
contact with me and hound me. It may be postal error or my own gross
incompetence (most likely me since the post office never makes mistakes).
If you like the books or have gripes please go on your
favorite forums and let the world know and if you really feel strongly write a
review. The game needs people talking about it to make an impression. Halfway down the page at the Craven Games
website there is an article on HELLAShttp://cravengames.com/ . The adventure
sounded like so much fun I couldn’t believe I wrote it.
As for what’s next-
The next HELLAS book I hope
to start writing next year. It will be the 5th and final HELLAS core book. It will contain all the weird creatures
and diabolic adversaries that populate the HELLAS
universe. Everything from talking monoliths to Blue Meenies.
Once that book is done the game will be complete with enough
content to play for years to come. Don’t worry; there will be smaller supplements
and adventure books.
At the moment I’m rewriting the Atlantis: the Second Age
book with two very creative and awesome guys. Some of you may remember the
Atlantis books from the old Arcanum books from the late 80’s. I’m stripping it
down and rebuilding it from the ground up making the best Sword and Sorcery
fantasy game I can. You will either love it or hate it and that my intention I
want a strong reaction when it’s done. That will be a 3 book game line
After that I plan on revamping my first love GODSEND Agenda.
I’ve been working on that one for the past year and a half and it works well
with the new system
I’ll definitely need play testers for all of this so I may
come to you and humbly ask for help
Once I’m done with HELLAS,
Atlantis, and GODSEND Agenda I’ll have three games that use (almost) the same
system. Beyond that I don’t know…maybe I’ll learn to play the bass, become a
ninja or just try and be a better human being.
