I really don't want to post an additional comment for people to complain about us being impatient, but given MSI's history of releasing albums somewhat independently I had a feeling this would be one of the quickest fulfillments of a kickstarter campaign. To be honest, I was fully expecting them to maybe even ship ahead of schedule. Imagine my surprise when they were just as disorganized as most other campaigns.

As it is, I never received any communication regarding shipment or anything so I opened a support case with the omega order on the 3rd. I was told (as were many others) that the vinyl was still being manufactured but they were told to ship everything else out. They said they had a few orders waiting to go out 'tomorrow' but everything else either had shipped or would be going out that week.

Still haven't received a tracking number, so no clue whether anything's shipped or not. Anyone who's received tracking info, is there a shipper's reference number associated? If so, please share it. If we're lucky, they use the shipper's reference so everyone who hasn't received notification yet can go to DHL's track by reference site (http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking/shippers_reference.html) and punch that in along with their zipcode to see if any packages are inbound.

I've also yet to receive any emails about my package, this is just ridiculous... I never even got my digi download. Paid for a shirt and a CD and this is what I get two months after the scheduled date...

well. never got my CD yet and i emailed Omega and finally got the response of "you were not put on the list that kickstarter sent to us, theres nothing we can do, so contact MSI or Kickstarter" .... really great.

Maybe we should contact the record company? I suspect a timely response, if bombarded with "wheres my sh*t" emails and phone calls. Obviously we all care about the band or we wouldn't have paid them to make this record. I'm putting MSI/Kickstarter in the subject line.

I have contacted omega about my cd, and they told me all CD orders had already been shipped. That was the second of may. I still haven't received my cd, or any emails concerning it being shipped. I have emailed them again to ask where the hell it could possibly be if it was shipped before the second, and they have yet to respond, it is a shame that the people who funded this album to get made aren't even getting their copies in the month the album is released. Highly unprofessional, and I will not be funding any other projects seeing this disastrous outcome.

I put in around $250 total (plus or minus a bit). Should have received a couple CDs, T-shirt, vinyl, Hoodie, tour book and did a couple names in the booklet. I know the names got in the booklet because I've seen that on the PDF with the digital download. I have not received one single physical item yet.... I've tried contacting multiple people via multiple avenues and have never received a response. I'm getting extremely frustrated, mostly because there have been so many people that have gotten at least a response or some of their goods. All I want is an update... which is NOT too much to ask for... I could care less if they tell me all of it is bundled up somewhere and waiting for one thing... but when they say certain things should be shipping separately and other people have received theirs .. yet I have no word on anything... that starts to make me think I was ripped off...

I've been trying to get a hold of someone for like ... 2 months now :/ I received the wrong size t-shirt and I haven't received my CD at all. It's really upsetting about the CD because I can just go to a record store and buy it now ... but I paid for the kickstarter one already, which was $10 more than what the CD is going for on Amazon by the way. When I pledged, I was really happy to feel like I was contributing to the album being made, but now I just wish I would ave waited, it doesn't seem like it was worth the $50 just to get a shirt I can't wear and a CD that still hasn't come :(

Well shit, you said no one was answering you, and I did. No need to be offended by every supposed "accusation." You probably haven't gotten anything because whoever you've been contacted by didn't receive your payment contrary to your bank has been telling you. @Keith please stop calling me a liar. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE DIGITAL DOWNLOAD MESSAGE, THE CD, THE VINYL OR THE T SHIRT! I have finally, today, received an email after sending another email, also telling me that I would not have been charged in November (my bank begs to differ!) In view of this I will continue to wait, however I will be checking with my bank as to how long I have to claim a refund, as it will be 6 months since I paid this Saturday. Perhaps I should have been contacting you directly as you seem to know all about what I have and haven't received!

Everybody was sent a download for the 5 dollar digital tier around that time,. And I'm not calling your concerns unreasonable, just that it's petty to say things like "well they took my money awful quickly." Yeah it sucks that MSI have been too busy to update us and the manufacturers are slow to respond if at all, but they probably know about as much as us. The only advice a rep. could give you is keep emailing the distributor until they answer or just get a refund.

@Keith, No not all CD tier backers received it around that date - I still haven't received mine, and it was 100 bucks, not 20 - 10 bucks extra for being overseas. I can buy the album on amazon for $22 and have it in the next week. The only reason I am hanging on is because it was for a present, and there is a limited edition tshirt. And as I previously stated I would be ok about all this if I got some communication - even a mass communication - the last update was a month ago! Again I don't think I'm being unreasonable.

They didn't respond to a bunch of people's emails either because they missed or had no answer, either way the information you want can be implied from everyone's comments. How do you know if your order is being processed? You would've gotten an email containing a DHL code (maybe multiple and/or nonfunctional). You're right that it's not in proper business etiquette to not respond to every email or not keep good track of ones that need a response, but I seriously doubt that it's a case of: they're eager to take my money but then hope I forget I sent 20 bucks. Really it's just cynical to assume that, but if you disagree and literally cannot wait you should really just get a refund sooner than later. Also, items were not promised March. Again, the March date under every item is an _estimated delivery_. What you've quoted is the release date of the album, which all CD tier backers received around that date.

@ Keith - ps the orginal page states "Assuming that we meet our goal, the brand new full length Mindless Self Indulgence album will be released the 13th of March 2013." So I don't think I was being unreasonable in expecting it to be received shortly after that date.

@Randy, I received Update 22 (and no email with survey as stated in email) on 30.1.13 then Update 26 on 20.3.13 (nothing in between) , I logged in to Kickstarter on 23.4.13 and a message stated I needed to confirm my email address because they didn't have my email address (which hadn't changed and had been working perfectly well from Kickstarter up to Update Number 22!) "Project Update #27: Physical Shipments, Tracking Numbers, etc." was NEVER sent to me - I have only found it when I came on to try to find out what was going on, and I do not have a tracking number! @ Keith - update 27 part 1 states "For CDs, vinyls, download codes and Lithographs: (http://www.theomegaorder.com/contactsupport)"; so I don't think I was being stupid contating the person update 27 says to contact - although it appears they. also, are unable to respond to email! If I had received any email information AT ALL it may have contained shipping information, as it stands I've sent an email to another address in one of the update with details of the t shirt size and am hoping for the best, they wasted no time drawing money from my bank, and I bet the email address for people who had declined cards was responded to - but I'm getting NO information at all which is why I am thoroughly PO'd and thinking of getting a refund.

@Catherine Creasey They did in fact send an email stating that there were Going to be holdups, i myself skimmed it a long while ago, but finally today went back and read it. it should be the last email they sent to you, unless you have been talking to the via their other lines of contact.

"Project Update #27: Physical Shipments, Tracking Numbers, etc." is the message your looking for.
i myself feel like a dumb ass for not fully reading it the first go around :P

Items were not promised in March, that was obviously an optimistic ETA. Also, I don't think the distributors would be able to locate your package or know if it has been shipped. However, by looking through the comments you could easily answer both queries: Where is it: "All orders sans vinyl were shipped [last week]," and; was it shipped: You would've gotten a DHL tracking number via email if they were.

So... By some miracle I got the CD in the mail today.

Umm... Not to nit pick, or anything, but... The Pledge Reward was "Get your first and last name printed in the album credits. This will appear on all versions of the album for all eternity. Nothing racist, homophobic, etc., please. This is limited to 600 and does not include the album, which is sold separately."

Maybe Metropolis Records sent me some bogus knock-off, but I don't see my name, or anywhere near the other 477 backers names.

@Ashlie Allen, it wouldn't be so bad if we got any answers. I have, as advised, contacted an email address that was given and the suppliers. But no-one wants to answer me. They were quick to take the money last year, and the items were promised for March, just an email apologising explaining that there have been hold ups with manufacturing would be nice, but nothing. It's now 8 weeks overdue, I see other people are receiving their items (slowly) yet I can't even get a respose as to whether my order is being processed! I will be requesting a refund from my credit card pretty soon if I don't hear/receive anything.

Hear me out. Probably one of the biggest reasons I'd like info on shipping is because I live on a busy street and if they delivered with out me knowing, it could have been stolen. Hell last night kids[or adults] stole some of our flowers! I did write "No but if at all possible bring the package to the back." as a response to the survey for the question if I would be moving before March, because it would not be out in the open.
I'm not complaining about the "poor" timing, I'm just trying to explain my worries.
I don't know if I could even contact any one about this. I do know that I'll have to wait a little longer since my only physical item I got was a shirt. I am just worried about punks stealing my stuff at my house. So far they are being even worse this summer! It's awful!
