Introducing Drive Alive, the world's first app designed to stop cell phone related distracted driving without locking your phone.

Introducing: The Drive Alive App!

The Drive Alive App is a smartphone application that rewards you for not using your phone while driving! Simply run the app before you start driving, drive to your destination safely and without distraction, and then close it when you arrive. If you follow those simple instructions, the app will know you were driving undistracted by phone usage during your trip and automatically enter you to win rewards like cash, gift cards, discounts, and more! These rewards act as an incentive to use the app (and drive safely) over and over in order to keep being entered to win!

What makes Drive Alive different is that the goal of safe driving is accomplished without blocking a user out of their device. All other app based attempts to stop cell phone related distracted driving do so by locking your phone once you reach a certain speed. Drive Alive is simply a monitoring system that you can choose to run. 

By combining Drive Alive's primary focus of safe driving rewarding the driver with the no lock-out design, we hope to attract a wider range of drivers than previous attempts at stopping cell phone related distracted driving. Those other apps are often expensive, and are primarily targeted towards parents seeking to lock their kids out from their phones while driving. Drive Alive plans to market to any driver who would like to earn rewards by driving safely. 

Drive Alive offers another cool feature known as: The Drive Alive Leader Board. The leader board allows anyone to go and see who has been using the app, for how long, and what type of rewards those users earned. The leader board also allows users to see how they stack up against other safe drivers and compete for the most safe driving time. Users, of course, have the option of being displayed anonymously on the leader board through an identification number known only to them.

With the imminent release of our iPhone version (Most likely by the end of February) we are close to getting the attention of major corporations.  Our goal is to affiliate with these big companies, in particular car insurance companies, in an attempt to create a desirable and sustainable rewards pool for our app users.  100% of your donations will be used towards rewarding app users for driving phone free with the Drive Alive App.  With your help we can keep the rewards flowing for our app users and continue to grow and achieve our goal.
