We’re a group of friends who also play in a band together – a 9-piece pop group, filled with horns, harmonies and a healthy dose of ambition.

I think we all subscribe to the philosophy that if you work harder than anybody else, then with some talent and a little bit of luck, you might get the chance to succeed.

We believe we have been given one of those rare shots at success. Acclaimed producer Stephen Short – a two-time Grammy winner who has worked with artists such as Paul McCartney, Peter Gabriel, Queen, and Echo and The Bunnymen – will be producing our debut album, which we will record in November.

With our songs, musicianship, and work ethic paired with Short’s recording expertise and industry connections, we think we have an opportunity to make our dreams of playing music full-time come true.

However, this opportunity does not come for free. Between studio time, travel costs, mixing, mastering, and production fees, the cost of recording this album outstrips our collective savings.

We have posted our project on kickstarter because we need help covering the cost of recording this album. Please take a minute to look at the gifts available to you if you pledge your support for our project, and decide whether you are able to make a pledge. We may never make a career out of playing rock and roll, but this is probably the best chance we will ever have. We are going to be spending a lot of time, money and energy on something that may or may not lead to future success, but we think it is worth the risk.
