Greetings everyone, this is Jeremiah again. I am writing to bring you all up to date on the events of the last few weeks.

Jes and I have been on an emotional roller coaster, one that has somewhat delayed our plans. Two weeks ago; we discovered that Jes was pregnant. Sadly, less than a week after we learned this, we had a miscarriage. This was devastating for us, as you can imagine, and has delayed some of our plans. Everything stopped while we made sure that Jes was healthy. Physically she is doing well, emotionally it will take some time for us to recover.

However, we are pulling ourselves up by our proverbial bootstraps and moving forward. We have the Kickstarter re-vamp almost ready to launch, we are submitting it for review as well as having several parties preview it to give us feedback. Our launch goal is Friday May 4th. Providing it doesn't take 5 days to get it approved, we will make that deadline.

I am also sending press releases to several newspapers in the hopes that they may be interested in our little project. I will also be attempting to get some form of news release to employees at Microsoft and Valve. We will also be utilizing Facebook Ads, don't be surprised if you don't see them though, I am targeting them at people who are not yet friends with our Facebook page. On that note, it would help us greatly if you would make sure that you have friended us on Facebook. 

Beyond that we have been working on our web presence. We now have a live website at: Gaslampcafe.com Please check it out! We have also decided to keep a blog on the website and will start posting there within the week.

      So sorry to hear about the miscarriage (BTDT and it is not a good time) but really glad that y'all are moving forward with the cafe!
