FictionBrigade is a flash fiction online literary magazine, but we want it to become more. Our goal is publish flash fiction in formats so people can read our stories anywhere at any time. The funds provided by our generous backers will be used to both expand and keep our website running, help us form an LLC so we can grow as a company, and market our magazine and website to a wide audience.

Here's how we see it breaking down:

• 1/3 of the money goes to website developers and designers to make the site more user-friendly
• 1/3 of the money goes to forming a Limited Liability Corporation and to continue to pay for lawyers to ensure we are properly protecting the work of our writers and artists with our contracts (once published, all rights revert back to our contributors)
• 1/3 of the money goes to marketing to our target audience of writers, artists, and videographers; we want to attract more storytellers so we will have more submissions and can expand from a quarterly magazine to a monthly magazine
