The Project: 

Logline: A desperate "not so it" crowd and a misfit paparazzi agency use a young starlet to forge their way onto Hollywood's D-List.

Synopsis: “Exposure The Series” is a new kind of satire-comedy webseries that centers around the lives of the former “It” team in young Hollywood that has now dwindled into the not so “It” crowd in the fast paced world of Los Angeles. One of their own has reached a level of success that leaves the others envious in her wake. Now in their attempts to re-gain that spotlight, they hire a team of misfit paparazzo’s to expose their every move and inevitable miss-steps as they crash and burn their way back onto the red carpet.

Our Budget: 

Funding from this Kickstarter will be used towards the budget of Season 1. The budget will be divided into different categories including: locations, production equipment and rentals, marketing, promotions, production design, graphics, post production, wardrobe, hair, makeup, craft service and other production needs.

What does all that mean? For every $50 you help us raise we can rent a light for a day. $100 will get us a kit. $250 will allow us to have lighting for 2 out of our 4 day shoot. Each episode takes 4 days to film. In any given episode it takes up to 4 different and (expensive) camera lenses to achieve the look of the show. Each of those lenses cost more than the lights. If you haven't realized it by now there's a pattern, an "expensive" pattern. It takes a village and a whole lot of equipment to bring a show to life, every dollar that gets us closer to our ultimate goal helps this production meet it's requirements to complete a full season.
