Hello dear kickstarter backers!

I'm going to present my CD release concerts in Boston and New York, two cities inspire me the most besides my hometown so far.

"Flying Alone" Album is my debut. It's a collection of my compositions written in this year and a half. I've been struggling, wandering and stumbling over different kinds of sounds throughout all these years. I literally love all of them and all the things happen along the way. Finally, this is my debut of my musical mind and body, and I'm very proud to present them to you.

The CD release concerts will feature these wonderful musicians:

YES, THE ORIGINAL GROUP OF THE RECORD IS BACK! Seriously, this ensemble is absolutely fantastic and magical.

I'm very honored to announce Flying Alone album will officially be released under jazz saxophone virtuoso Greg Osby's New York based record label Inner Circle Music (http://www.innercirclemusic.net/) in the mid-September. This album will also be distributed by High-Note Records (http://www.hinote.com.tw/) in Taiwan.

I'm traveling back to Taiwan to do the manufacturer of the CDs there in September. I'll start to send out the autographed CDs to you once it's done.

Nov,20th, 2012- FLYING ALONE CD RELEASE CONCERT at Beehive in Boston

Nov,23th, 2012- FLYING ALONE CD RELEASE CONCERT at Drom in New York

I'll announce more information about those concerts very soon.

Also, the following pictures are the part of the graphic design of the album amazingly done by Kristin Miaso.

The graphic designer for this album, Renee Ong, a very creative artist and sweet girl also studies at Berklee College of Music. She is a pianist, painter and also ballet dancer!

I am so amazed when she sent me this drawing. A upside-down vibraphone as a bridge. WOW!

Vibraphone is actually the bridge for me in terms of everything.

The drawing will appear in my "Flying Alone" album.

Sunday morning, I woke up and received the message from my dear drummer Deepak.

"YESSS!!! We are just 2$ away from SUCCESSSS!!"
"And I put in the last few dollars! and it is a SUCCESSSSSSS!!!!"

I couldn't post this good news right away because I was about to travel back to boston from new york after such an inspiring weekend. So I've been thinking about all the people helping this out, all the things happening in the past month and all the new friends I got to know by this kickstarter project on my way back home.
