I am still a ways off from this thing succeeding, but I have a vehicle! I found this truck for sale from and organic pork farmer in Tennessee. I still need funds to become operational. CURRENT article 

Literally... I was invited out to http://www.binfordfarmersmarket.com/ and had my first service on Saturday morning. People enjoyed the menu of Smoking Goose bacon, Homestead Heritage eggs, and Organic sweet potato hash. I have a standing gig there cooking out of a tent every Saturday through Oct 27.
 It was very nice to have some revenue and not just expenses. Thanks for the support, if you know anyone that needs to see that paleo is not threatening ( and that I am a good cook) I would encourage you to send them to the market on Saturday!
