Happy New Year from the Sci-Fi Harp Girl!
Happy New Year!!! I hope you all had the most wonderful Christmases and Hanukkahs and holidays!!! Have I told you lately that I love you? Well, let me do that for the first (but not last) time of 2012 -- I love you :-) You guys made my year in 2011, and I'm so excited to be boldy going into 2012 with you all!
December was full of all sorts of holiday harp gigs, and now that it's January and my calendar is empty, the first thing on the list is to finish the audio version of the "Girl Inventor" album. We'll finish recording the album in January, and then we'll release the audio version in February. It will first come as a downloadable version, and then we'll work on the graphics for the physical album right after that. And once the graphics are done, we will also make the T-shirts and the vinyl albums. And then... we will begin to shoot the videos!! I imagine that the remaining 8 videos will be shot over the spring, summer, and into the fall, and I will keep you posted on all video-ish developments.
One other thing for January is that my web designer (Catherine Sexton) and I are going to make the Kickstarter page on erinhill.com and I want to list all my angels, cherubim and seraphim there -- I know in the rewards, that came at the $100 level, but I want to list each and every one of you now, if it's all right with you, because my heart is so overwhelmed! So, if you want your name to be different from how it showed up on your pledge... let me know. Or if you have a spouse (or dog?) who was also part of your pledge... let me know.
Oh yes! And the "Lookout, Science" video will also be finished by the end of the month! So, actually my January calendar is chock full... of sci-fi harp :-)

Can't wait! Man, I wish I could have attended your holiday gigs as I was a few days in NY during christmas... oh well, I now have great things to look forward to in 2012 thanks to the success of this project :)
