Just past the half-way point!
Well, the half-way point in time, that is. Still got a bit of work to do with the funding, but it's getting there: )
I want to thank all of you so much for contributing. I spent some time earlier this evening at a photographer's house because I needed to get all my pictures resized to fit onto the eBook platform. A cool part about it was seeing what this book looks like on a Nook!
Gosh, I can't wait to see the final product!
If you're willing, tell some friends about this project, and let them know you donated.
thanks, everyone,
-Brandon

Donate a Hamilton and a Lincoln (or fifteen Washingtons) and you'll get a free copy of the ebook! This'll be a treat worth seeing with a fun blend of text, picture, a dash of video, and chances to ask questions along the way!

For an even forty you get the ebook and a copy of the paperback! I didn't talk too much about this in the video, but it's going to be similar to the ebook--minus the footage and Internet component, of course. But with great photos and colorful writing, you'll enjoy this read with all the comfort-n-warmth of getting to flip the pages yourself.

For a sweet sixty-five, you'll get the eBook, a copy of the paperback, and a chance to connect with me about my book, my experiences and travels, my thoughts on China--its people and their ways of life, government, educational system, natural wonders, prices, how I see them in 20 years, whatever. Heck, maybe it'll be a fruitful way to discuss some things you've done; I love hearing about others' adventures/ideas! I'll shoot you an email, and we can correspond via email or even have a conversation via Skype! : )
