A theatre that sits on the beach - each summer three shows a week - more than 20 years - every show - one incredible fan
This project was started as a result of my admiration for Raquel. The initial intro video that was approved and posted with the advice and structure we were given from Kickstarter, unfortunately, caused some issues and Raquel had been told it was highly unprofessional and that she was being made fun of.
That never was and never will be the case.
From the bottom of my heart I can say that I adore and have total admiration for Raquel. I only wanted to tell her story. I have been working on this project for six months and it has been nothing but an uphill battle. I am sorry to say that it seems there is no way to continue at this time; we will have to postpone to a later date. Raquel is amazing and I admire and honor her always.

In 2011 my daughter auditioned for the longest running stage show on the Grand Strand. She made the cut and claimed her spot with 'High Steppin' Country' at The Theatre by the Sea on June 17, 2011.
I was amazed at the talent of this young cast as I sat and watched the performance with the beautiful blue Atlantic as the backdrop behind this theatre that was located ocean front.
As the perfomances went on, I soon learned of a person who had been in attendance of every show for the past 20 years. My daughter would come home and tell me stories of her with great delight. I am quite sure there is no one else on this planet earth that can say they have done this. I feel as having this knowledge it is my duty to make sure this lady is honored, documented, and recognized, for her incredible devotion to the lives of these performers and the art of entertainment.
I am asking for help in raising funds to back a narrative film about the journey of this woman, her love for this show, the people she has met over the years, and the lives she has affected. I would like to tell her story and dedicate this film to her as a tribute to her devotion and love of performance.

Because of issues involved with trying to get this project off of the ground; I cannot absolutely guarantee any rewards at this time. The only true reward would be that Raquel gets to tell her story; which she so wants to do!!! I will, however, try and make all of these rewards become a reality for everyone willing to participate.
