About this project

OUR TIME BENDING TALE

"Dark Pool-The Web Series" tells the story of Jim Krall, an ordinary man in extraordinary circumstances. A rising star of the elite financial management corporation, Tesserack, Jim's life is turned upside-down when his six year old daughter is kidnapped in front of him, his family and his co-workers and no one seems to care, including his wife.

The series will follow Jim's incredible quest to find his daughter. On the way, he'll discover multiple dimensions, alternate realities, and that time travel is possible. Ultimately, he'll learn that to find his daughter, he must find the hero within himself.

BECAUSE WE STILL USE MONEY IN THIS DIMENSION...

The donations to our series will be used wisely and responsibly, providing us with the ability to rent camera and lighting equipment, secure locations, help us take care of insurance fees, purchase film permits, enter film festivals, provide craft services for our cast and crew, as well as any and all other obligations that can't be negotiated by non-monetary means. We are a serious minded group of seasoned professionals trying to become part of an exciting new industry, and we promise to be good stewards of these kind donations.

WHAT THE FUTURE HOLDS

"Dark Pool-The Web Series" is the first in a list of new and exciting program ideas our young company has to offer. As "Dark Pool" gains its audience, we are developing several other premises designed to knock people's socks off.

The most exciting goal of our company, however, is to develop opportunities for young people interested in working in the entertainment industry. The idea is to match seasoned film professionals with ambitious, hard-working recent high school graduates to create projects and meaningful experiences. As a teacher, I am dedicated to the mentor program and it is the reason I began this journey.

We believe that the web series is the new entertainment platform of the future, and your generous donations will help us establish our presence in these early days of a brand new industry. Research shows that in the next ten years, 65 percent of all new jobs don't exist yet. We firmly believe that creating web series will be at the top of the list of ways to generate employment in the entertainment industry. Please help us be there when it happens!
