Supports,It has been a little time now since we opened and toured "We Two Boys." I am happy to report that we were very successful. It was with great pleasure and honor that we were able to perform in both Portland, and Albuquerque.
Portland proved to be exactly what this production needed as we headed towards Albuquerque. It provided us with the opportunity to allow the work to find a it's voice and a life of it's own. It was a wild ride, some nights the work leaned towards sweet and tender moments and other nights we found that there was a ferociousness that found it's way out. We learned that our job as artists was to not try and control the piece but to allow it to express on it's own. To step out of the way, while stepping further into the folds of the work. As for our Albuquerque production I could not have been more pleased. We were warmly welcomed and the work was received graciously. It is here that I feel the production found it's mark. We had two performances which transformed time and space, touching both audience and performers.
Again I want to thank you for your support of this project and your belief in my artistry. I could not have done this with out your support.
