First of all, my apologies for the lack of updates recently - it’s been quite a couple of weeks.

The first batch of Projecteos that were supposed to arrive in early April were held up at the China border because customs and shipping required an up to date document that described the product model number and its content. This document is for tax and safety purposes with particular regard to the batteries. The one that our factory were using expired at some point in late March. Therefore they had to apply for a new one. This reapplication took some time because of a Chinese holiday and an inspection of the battery type and model number.

The good news is that this delay gave the Factory enough time to perfect and manufacture the finish on the limited edition units whilst they were awaiting the necessary clearance. This enabled both the standard white and special edition Projecteos to be shipped together last week.

The greater news is that the whole batch arrived in Albany today!

I’m in New York at the moment and will be travelling up to Albany to start fulfilling orders early tomorrow morning.

This means we’ll be sending the next 500 backer codes out this week. If you have received your code by email already, please do us the favour of picking your images and confirming your order at your earliest convenience. The faster we process these early iterations, the faster we’ll be able to get everyones Projecteos into their hands.

I’m super excited about seeing the first batch tomorrow and of course I’ll post pictures as soon as I get there!

Hello everyone!

We'll be sending out access codes this Wednesday 27th March to our 150 early bird backers!

A few people have been asking how they will upload their images so we can turn them into wheels, and how to update their address. This is how this process will work:

1. We will send you an email with a link in it. This link will take you to the Projecteo website. You will receive one email for every Projecteo you ordered. Three Projecteo = Three emails.

2. Once there, you will be asked to enter your Instagram username and password.

3. All of your instagram images will then appear on our site and you can pick the nine images you would like in your first wheel. We don't keep any images or claim any rights to them.

4. When you've confirmed your selection, the next page will ask you for a shipping address.

5. Enter your address or an address you wish a Projecteo to be shipped to. This way we have your most up to date address and you have the choice to send a Projecteo to a friend.

6. Confirm your order.

7. Finally, you'll get an email confirming that we have received your order. We'll need access to your pictures whilst we're in the darkroom so we'd really appreciate it if you didn't delete any of your chosen images from your Instagram account until you receive your Projecteo. Thanks!

We'll be rolling out codes in greater numbers as we improve and refine our fulfillment process. This way we can iron out any kinks as we start shipping at scale.  You'll receive your code depending on when in the campaign you pledged.
