During college I shot 154,929 digital photos. They're in various states of disorder in 1,278 folders on multiple hard drives. I also shot an undetermined amount of film... Several boxes and duffel bags full. 83 rolls shot senior year alone.

And with a computer that crashes in about 15 - 20 minutes. I can't process a normal amount of data much less the archives I've accumulated while traveling and documenting the last few years. 

People keep asking me why I've never tried to display my work, and I would like to- but I'm currently unable to do so. I would like to open up the archives to make a collection of the top 100 images during the college years that capture my forays into activism, various portrait projects, studies as a film & media major, participation with politics and explorations in just random fine art photography. 

Maybe I took your portrait while working on 365 Faces of the Year when everyday for a year I met, interviewed and photographed a different person.  Or asked your opinion on labels and their effects on identity while working on my Living in Labels series.

Maybe you saw me covering events in SF or around Stanford while I was at Foothill College.

Maybe you were an activist with me at UCSB and want to see your work preserved documenting the time in which the UC system raised it's fees more than ever before.

Maybe you want a worm's eye view of the Prop 8 events from 2008 to present.

Maybe you just like it when art and photojournalism cross. Whatever the reasons - if you'd like to see the highlights of 5 years of work, please support me so I can build an editing station capable of handling the work load and printing the best of collection to share.
