A COFFEE CUP MADE FOR YOU

My project is simple, a coffee mug for you. This will be similar but not quite to the one on the picture, similar color because the glaze reacts different in the firing and similar shape because they are individually made, not in a mold.

What is different form any other coffee mug?

This one will have your name on it, yes your first and last something like:

                       MADE FOR

                     SARAH LEE

or maybe you would like something like

                         SARAH LEE

or

                         FROM KEN'S LOFT

or

                   FROM MARTHA'S KITCHEN

or

                FOR ELISE FROM GEORGE

 

if you have a business I could write your company name on the bottom, for example:

                                             From;

                                             Halterman's Engineers

or

                 From:

                  Exclusive Designs Inc.

 

The idea? something really yours, made specially for you. A handmade piece with your name written on it.

BUT WAIT:

It doesn't have to be a coffee mug only, it could be a bowl, or a tumbler. Like the ones below

MY GOAL:

To throw pottery, which is the same as making pottery pieces in a wheel. And for you to take pride of having something that is made from an individual. You will have a unique piece, made in a wheel for one person, with your name on it. 

 You won't find any of my initials, or my logo in your cup, the intention is to make it only yours.

Because I already have the tools to make and fire the piece, the money will be for materials, shipping and fees.

Shipping and handling is sort of expensive, so I created some rewards that by ordering several pieces to one address will reduced the S&H costs. I doesn't have to be the same name but of course the same address. USA only for international please ask.

Each piece holds 8oz the small, and the big ones 11 to 12oz. I will ask you to indicate what size you want.
