About this project

Hello! We are making a movie about the great Southern spread, Pimento Cheese! We plan on talking to all the different types of folks who make, eat, and serve PC. We plan on finding out just how it got to be a Southern specialty, what ingredients really "make" Pimento Cheese, where they come from and why. We need some funds to cover travel and rental costs as we beat a path across the South, in search of restaurant chefs, grandmothers, cooks, BBQ pitmasters, and anyone and everyone who has a story to tell about "Puhmenna Cheese".
PLEASE NOTE: The highest rewarded pledge amount is $40.00, but you can pledge any amount you'd like over that, if you wish. We are very grateful to you.
Thanks so much for your support!
