This video features one of the 14 songs on my CD with background visuals about sacred power plants used by indigenous peoples as part of their spiritual traditions.  The other songs flow out of my 45 years of work with shamanic elders around the world including an eleven year apprenticeship with Huichol shamans in Mexico (described in my book - Shamanic Wisdom of the Huichol: Medicine Teachings for Modern Times), my forty years of vision questing in the Sierra, more than three decades of work with children and adults facing life-threatening illness, rites of passage work with all major transition points on the life cycle, being a husband for over forty years and now being a grandpa.  The songs address the healing power of heart-opening right-relationship within our selves, with each other and with all of creation
