Update #11: Happy holidays and thank you!
Update #10: THE KIDS TRIP TO LOS ANGELES
Update #9: REWARDS ARE COMING!
Update #8: 117% FUNDED!!!!!
Update #7: IT TAKES A VILLAGE!
I am so grateful to each and every one of you for getting us past that important $15,000 number. We still have three days to spread the word and raise money beyond the next two shoots. Every dollar gets us closer to the finished film.
Shardaisha, Shaka, Jontaisha and Nakayla will take their first airplane ride to Los Angeles on July 30th. As you can imagine, they are excited about their trip. We have a very full and memorable two weeks planned. I will post updates about their experiences and pictures on my Facebook page and later on a website for the film.
It takes a village to raise children and to make an independent film about social justice.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
