About this project
The $36,000 we are raising on Kickstarter will fund production for Violet and Orange, the next 2 DVDs in the 36 Parables series. Each DVD contains 3 modern day short films based on one of Jesus' parables.

So what are the colors all about?
Each DVD is named after a primary, secondary, or tertiary color on the color wheel because we are using light to illuminate Jesus' stories in a modern setting. In the middle ages they used stained glass, and when Jesus, the light of the world, was here He used the spoken word. Light and illumination is a theme through all of these stages of communication.
John 8:12 says, " When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, 'I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.' "
36 Parables exists to illuminate understanding of Jesus' parables.
