"What a great idea for a Live Show!"
I have been hearing those words spoken over and over again. Even my wife is keen on me doing this!
My kids want to start a Japanese Kanji art business, a funny frog accessory business and my youngest wants to create a hair design business.
What do you and your kids want to create?
After reading the book Kidpreneurs by Adam and Matthew Toren and then reading it to my children, I realized that I had a great format for a new show.
I wrote the script for the stage show in two days and quickly realized that in order to do this right, I would have to make it a very tech savvy show.
I want to create a show that is challenging to me as a physical comedian as well as have a great message to help kids around the world get a better chance to succeed in life.

SO, the idea to pre-record many important questions and have Adam and Matthew answer them, was the only way to do it. I came up with the idea of having 2 iPads and a 60' TV, putting them together, creating a new character for the show named KIDDO.
The 2 iPad puppets enable Adam and Matthew to be present at every show. Video puppets will be controlled by a video sound engineer off stage making them look like they are thinking and speaking in real time.
The bulk of my costs for this show will be studio costs for video recording, editing, working with a green screen and constructing the ever informative KIDDO.
Also, time will be spent searching out real Kidpreneurs to interview. They will appear on the huge 60' screen during the show and possibly star in the KIDPRENEURS TV SHOW.
In future blog posts, on my site ( www.promoterguy.com ) and on my kickstarters blog, I will go into detail about what is currently being done and what needs to be done.
My major goal with kickstarter is to raise money so that I can create a top notch demo/pilot to be shown to schools and to TV producers.
