Here is the final title card.  Barring a "secret" page, all artwork for the book is done.

With that, I'll be sending out the few remaining surveys.  If you haven't submitted your survey, please do so soon.  I'm trying to have the book wrapped by the end of the month, meaning I'd like to have everyone's info by next week.

I had a long conversation with my printer rep and can't wait to get to the production phase.  It was a relief that during our talk, no surprises or red flags came up.  Onward we go!
