Three Ninjas: One Mission

So, in short, our food-making standard is a simple one: to cook and serve our customers unique and great tasting meals. Each order we serve is made with care and attention to flavor and taste satisfaction. We're serving original and delectable Taiwanese-inspired night market fusion food--in the form of addictive appetizers, mouth-watering entrees, and other tasty items--all made fresh to-go with ingredients from local San Francisco markets. Our menu incorporates our favorite elements from Asian and Taiwanese night market cuisine--bringing to our truck (and your mouths) delicious dishes sure to fill you up and back for more.

More than Food
As Dave and I journeyed the night markets in Taiwan-- it wasn't just the food that kept the night markets exciting and alive: it was the social experience of getting to know the food-makers, the liveliness of the community, and the entertaining aspects of food-making in the fast paced food market scene that we loved. So we want to recreate, or re-imagine, that social experience at our food truck--for all our patrons.

Why Ninjas?
... "Why Ninjas?" ...Why not!
By putting ninjas and Taiwanese together, we're expressing two things: the diversity of Asian influences taken in the development of our dishes; and the fun and exciting way we want to run our truck. Ninjas are undeniably cool in any setting, and they really set the mood for the fast-paced and enthralling mobile food experience we hope to share with you all.
Every Dollar CountsWe need money to help us with our start-up operating expenses and allow us to buy our very own food truck. Please help us get our wheels off the ground. By donating to us, you're becoming an honorary ninja for life and remembered forever.
$1 - Will allow us to buy napkins, recyclable serving trays, or plastic utensils that are essential for you to enjoy our delicious fusion food.
$10 - Will help us get some printing menus to go along with your to-go containers so that you can see what other delicious foods you can look forward to the next time you visit us.
$25 - Can buy us some cooking utensils.
$50 - Will help buy us shelving compartments to keep our food accessible to us as it will be for you.
$100 - Will help us buy an awesome menu board to complement our truck and list all of our innovative Taiwanese-inspired Asian fusion dishes.
$500 - Will allow us to buy a deep fryer so we can keep providing you with some awesome Ninjastars.
$1,000 - Will help us get some of our food truck vendor permits and other licensing fees.
$2,500 - Will allow us to pay for a fire suppression system that will insure the safety of the Three Ninjas and allow us to keep entertaining you.
$5,000 - Will allow us to buy a grilling unit for our truck.
$10,000 - Will help us get one step closer to buying our ninja mobile.
