With your help and support we hope to make the dream of finishing, what we believe to be a truly unique and dynamic film, a reality.
Time Capsule is a feature documentary experience combining vintage imagery with eclectic stories of the past and unique interests of today.
We follow five people/couples of the American generation born between 1925 to 1945, concentrating on specific stories of their lifestyle during the prime of their lives (50's-70's). We also highlight their current quirky interests to show how they are "still kickin" - all in an attempt to capture their powerful, yet underestimated cultural significance to American history.
The majority of the film is already shot and the crew so greatly believes in the project and it's message that we've funded it's production completely out of our own pockets! Unfortunately this is where we've come up a little short. Kiddie-a-Go-Go, one of the storylines, will require a 7 day trip to Chicago for filming. And then we begin a long journey of promotion, festivals and distribution because we want EVERYONE to share this experience!
Our main purpose of Time Capsule is to dispel the misnomer, "Silent Generation", revive the declining appreciation and respect for these amazing members of society, and reconnect viewers with a generation that paved our way.

Vince is a Professor at the Art Institute of Dallas, and an award-winning documentary filmmaker. After a string of successful 30 minute short documentaries, Time Capsule is his crossover film into feature filmmaking.
Lola currently works for indoorDIRECT, a Dallas-based media company. Although Lola has won awards and recognition for her work as a producer of short films, commercials, and PSAs, her greatest reward is highlighting the extraordinary works of others through documentary filmmaking.
