10 artists 6 rooms 3 days 1 fun time We are exhibiting in a movie star type trailer for three days to hold a mix of sonic based art.
Putting unexpected fun into every day life
We are compacting six great sound installations into one trailer in a room that is only able to fit two or three people at a time. It's a crazy idea, but that's why we want to do it!
We will be exhibiting sound art by Kio Griffith, Michael Vlatkovich, Tom Peters, Rick Potts, Bert Bergen, Heather Lockie, Joe Cantrell, Clay Chaplin, Karen Frimkess Wolff and Albert Ortega.
This event is happening whether we get the funds here or not, but your donation will increase our ability to pay our artists and make it awesome!
This is taking place on July 27th, 28th and 29th. The first two days will be in Eagle Rock and the final day will be near MacArthur Park both neighborhoods of Los Angeles.
This is initially made possible thought the Arts Development Fund of the Department of Cultural Affairs of the City of Los Angeles AND donations from people like you. Don't we sound like PBS now?
