Digital Conversion
One of only Drive-In movie theaters, Cascade Drive-In theater West Chicago has to convert to digital projection or close beginning in 2013. We want to use these funds to convert our projection to digital and keep the Drive-In theater operating. Theater has been in operation since year 1961.

We already have a bid of $100,000.00 to complete the digital conversion. As soon as we have the funds we will contract with the digital conversion tech to begin installation, which should be completed in less the a month. Booth must have special heating/air-conditions/exhaust/electrical to successfully convert theater to digital projectionI. The only obstacle I can ever even slightly come to mind if the equipment isn't readily available and we would have to wait a longer period of time to complete the project.The only other obstacle might be if the heating/ventilating contractor encounters difficulty in
the installation of the exhaust system or air conditioning units and may have to modify original plans to provide required exhaust requirements for equipment. Lense may have to be modified so picture fits screen properly. Lighting to be evaluated after installation may have to be modified.
