Update #11: NEW REWARDS
Okay, final countdown and I know this film is worth it. It will be playing in festivals all next year. The Viennale is a very prestigious festival and if it plays there, it will definitely play in your city, especially if it's a big city like New York, Los Angeles or Tucson.
I have added two new rewards. $200 gets you everything the $100 backer gets, but in addition gets one of the original theatrical posters of the film. $750 gets you everything the $500 backer gets, but you get an tickets to the first screening that plays in your city as well as invitation to dinner and party after the screening. There are only 4 of these rewards.

Update #10: Screenings in Vienna
I just got back from the world premiere of the two screenings of "Free Land" in Vienna, Austria. The second screening sold out by word of mouth, and the audience stayed for the Q&A with thoughtful and interesting questions relating to the content and the structure of the film.
