Shipping of Outstanding Hostile Terrain Pieces

Good evening!  We are happy to report that the outstanding hostile terrain pieces will begin shipping on Monday, April 7th.  As previously stated, anyone that is still owed hostile terrain products from the Kickstarter will also receive the Shrieker Crystals for Free as our apology for our delayed communication and shipment.  The pictures of all 3 terrain pieces can be viewed below.

Everyone will receive an email outlining what products are still owed to them in the next few days.  You will then have an opportunity to let us know if you have any questions or concerns about your Fanticide Kickstarter.  Anyone that purchased the Bedimm Master, Thunderbird, Creep Tossers and/or Squirrel Cavalry will also receive a separate email addressing their status.

Thank you all very much for participating in our Fanticide Kickstarter and we hope you are enjoying the rulebook and miniatures.  Keep an eye out for our second campaign, All Quiet on the Martian Front, going up in the next few weeks.

Update About Outstanding Terrain Pieces and Monsters

Hi everyone!

So very sorry for the delay in posting this Update.  The Obo and the Fungal Crawler terrain pieces are currently being molded and we will hopefully be able to start shipping the missing terrain items no later than the middle of March.  The Bedim Master, Thunderbird, Squirrel Cavalry and the Creep Tossers are being sculpted as I type.  We are targeting to deliver these in March as well but the later part of the month. 

Since we are late delivering these last few items (some of you are also waiting for the Hag Stone), we will send the shrieking crystals terrain piece along with your outstanding items as a way of expressing our thanks for your patience!

Pledge Rewards Have Been Shipped!

Whew!  I think we have now shipped all the pledge rewards except for a few individuals that we sent emails to with questions.  There are some items that are not yet available and they include...

Fungal Crawler  Hostile Terrain Piece...Obo Terrain Piece...The Thunder Bird...Squirrel Cavalry...Bedimm Master...Creep Tossers.

Some of the shipments were also missing the Hag Stone because we ran out of resin castings and didn't want to delay sending the other items.  We will do our best to send individual emails to everyone who is still waiting on items at some point next week.

If you feel that we missed something in your shipment that is not listed above, please send us a message thru Kickstarter or directly at customerservice@aliendungeon.com.

Hi everyone!

We survived Hurricane Sandy and are now back from the Fall In show.  Shipping will begin again on Monday, November 12th and we will do our best to get all the remaining pledges sent within the next 2 weeks.
