About this project
Hello, friends! Thank you for checking out our project. What we are working on here is a pedal powered tricycle with an insulated storage box and display stand for the Permaganic Eco Garden program to transport their produce to Findlay Market, as well as the Northside Farmers Market.
The goal of the project is multi-fold. One one level, its to assist Permaganic in lowering their carbon footprint, draw attention to the program, and to give them a more interactive experience with their customers. On another level it is to help increase the quality of life and charm of Cincinnati not only being a unique vehicle on the streets much like the arabbers of Baltimore, but also by slowing downtown traffic the way the horsedrawn carriages at Fountain Square do. We are also using this opportunity to build a jig to easily recreate future cargo tricycles for other programs.
